These recipients are Ronald Leonard Cottham and his wife Nicollette Cara Cottham. They have occupied the property since 2002 during which time they claim to have established a 10,000 bird commercial pheasant shoot. However consent to use neighbering property was assumed leading to numerous court proceedings and caused serious damage to the reputation of the shoot. In any event the evidence seems to support the theory that this scheeme was nothing more than a sham to fleece there mortgage providers.
