No rural development activity has ever been undertaken by this ministry's employee or any other person named Alexandros Anastopoulos, in Greece, in 2010. Alexandros Anastopoulos is not a rare name, and there could always be a synonymity. However, given the large amount of money received, we consider it would be common sense that the recipient should be easily located. There is no record of any farming or any other rural development activity under this name in Greece.
