Deception, fake activities and occupancy of lands.
Mr. Pavel Bomba has no Farm. No livestock farm, no hog farm, no plant farm. He has no farm of any kind. He cultivates no plants, he breeds no animals. He has no employees, no workforce. He does not need them because there is nothing to do regarding agriculture. He is A invalid person with obviously no interest of serious farming whatsoever.
On the contrary: he turns arable soil into scrapyards and moreover there is nobody around to intervene, no authority who would concern about it. He lightly obliterates the soil and receives easy money for nothing. Nobody would even guess why he should receive a subsidy for any land he owns or has on a lease. Those lands are in desolate state and some of them do not serve to their purposes.
He does not till the soil. Instead of it – he collects feeze, trash, scrap of all kinds and gathers it right on arable soil – even on arable soil which does not belong to him. Thus he turns it into inaccessible private bad-lands.
Sometimes he is seen as he walks with scythe or rack in his hands. He potters about in rough fields where only grass and weed grows. He cuts the grass/weeds or rakes the grass/weeds negligently every now and then – pretending he is farming for real. I guess he would like simple people to call his poor performance a „farming“. In a matter of fact this is called „earning money for nothing“ or „velvet“ or „black money“.
Everything written here is easy to verify on-site.
There are some people in bureaus responsible for land administration. He is „hand in glove“ with these officials and they shelter their reciprocal shady deals. For example: it is not clear what fields he takes subsidies for. There is a suspicion he might take subsidies also for fields which are being cultivated by other people and these people would not know about these machinations.
Conclusion: one invalid person, no employees, no farming, grass and weed on his and other people's lands, scrapyards on arable soil, turning arable soil into bad-lands (even arable soil not of his own), bureau connections, earning money for nothing. It is just all the fake activities.
