IV/A.25 - Technical assistance

This measure gives to Members States the ability to provide a technical assistance to support actions that support administrative capacity linked to the management of ESI Funds. These actions may be addressed to the preparation, management, monitoring, evaluation, information and communication, networking, complaint resolution and control and audit of the Rural Development Programmes.
